All prices are in Euros. Prices shown in the shop are inclusive of VAT.
We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Due to external conditions beyond the control of the company, changes in prices and VAT rate may occur.
Payment can be completed online via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners or with MasterPass wallet. (?)
“TheArt&FashionProject” cooperates with Piraeus Bank for credit card and bank transfer payment services. These payment methods are absolutely safe.
Once payment via credit card has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent. The customer can print or save the email as proof of completion of the transaction.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Piraeus e-Commerce” of Piraeus Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
ORDERS, DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
We will try our best to get your order with you as soon as possible, but in addition to the stated shipping times kindly allow an extra 48 hours for us to package your order with style and care.
Once payment has been verified and confirmed, the order will be shipped. Orders placed on Fridays, will be shipped the soonest on Monday.
The estimated domestic (Greece and Cyprus) shipping time for accessories that are in stock is 2-3 business days. Items that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered, take 25-30 days to be produced and will be delivered at that time.
We deliver (after dispatch) for free in Greece and Cyprus (2-3 business days). The delivery cost for shipping in Europe is 15 € (5-8 business days). International shipping costs (outside of the EU) are subject to the courier pricing policy. Please contact us at email@example.com for any inquiries on the delivery cost or status of your order.
We will confirm once the shipment has taken place with a tracking number. As soon as you have received a confirmation email your order is considered completed.
The preferred method of shipment is ACS Courier and DHL but we may use other carriers if necessary.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
SALES TAXES AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) will be subject to custom taxes and duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty regulations.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days after arrival. All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange on items that are used, worn, damaged or not in their original packaging. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Exchanges can only happen with a product of the same (or higher price). We will not be responsible for exchange shipping costs.
If you would like to return your item for an exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item is returned back to our facility, it will take us 48 hours to process the exchange and you will be notified via email once the process is fully completed.
If you have purchased the item from a boutique or another online store you will need to contact them for the return and the refund and follow their process.
We do not have a money back return policy.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
